Are catapults really easy to build?

If you think that building a catapult is a job for ten year old, it means that you are not fully aware of all the effort and work that has to go into the building of one. It is true that if you are looking for a small and simple one, then the task is not all that difficult. On the other hand, if you want one that resembles the weapon or missile launcher that was used by warriors of yesteryears, then you really need to know the laws of physics before you even attempt building catapults.

Catapults could be easy to build if you have the right kind of blueprints and the plans to do so. Today there is so much information available on the net that it is quite common for guys to just log on and download the info that they are looking for, without much ado. Most of this information has been provided by people who are only trying to help.

There are very few folks who are trying to make any money out of this whole exercise. By providing free blueprints and plans for catapults, they are encouraging DIY projects that will become quite popular in the future.
