Preparing the Turkey

How are you going to prepare your turkey this year? You should give some thought to a deep fry turkey especially if you’re hosting a large crowd. Get a turkey fryer, about 3 gallons of peanut oil and as many turkeys as you want. We believe that 15 lbs is the optimum size turkey for the fryer and they cook up in about 45-55 minutes.

Thanksgiving, without the computer

Look, you know we love computer sales but certain days of the year are better without computers. We think Thanksgiving is one of them.
