Look, you know we love computer sales but certain days of the year are better without computers. We think Thanksgiving is one of them. We also believe it’s important to have a well rounded Thanksgiving. Of course, great food is a big part and the pinnacle of the feast is almost always turkey. We’ll get into some turkey preparation techniques in a later article. Right now, we’re going to explore the snacking and great Thanksgiving appetizers that lead up to the main course. Consider some cold spinach dip, hot spinach dip, homemade salsa, cheese balls, stuffed jalapenos or tasty little bambinos! It’s all good!
While you’re perusing the appetizers, it’s a great time to consider and discuss how great it is to have modern conveniences and easy access to food. Consider your Thanksgiving History and how much more difficult it was to do basic functions like gather food and stay warm. For society at large, things have gotten a lot easier in some ways. (Of course, this is computer sales blog, so we know not everything is easier). Anyway, for the most part, things that require sustaining human life are much easier and for that, we have much to give thanks.
So, you have appetizers, you know the turkey is coming, you’ve covered your history and now you need to let loose and have a good time. We know there are many ways to do it. Parades are on TV, Football is a big part of Thanksgiving, good wine, cold beer, lots of toasting and a little napping. Thanksgiving is a lot of fun and we know you’ll take care of that… but in case you need a little help, check out some corny Thanksgiving Jokes!
